Q: “What are the standard sticker sizes, and can I get custom sizes?”

Our standard sticker size is 3 inches by 3. For additional sizes, simply click on the product and view more options to explore the available sizes.

Q: “What is the minimum order for free shipping, and what if my order doesn't meet the minimum?”

To qualify for free shipping, your order should be a minimum of Rs. 499 (inclusive of taxes). Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping charge of Rs. 80, with additional charges based on the delivery pincode.

Q: “What is the expected delivery time for my order?”

Our standard delivery time is 6 to 7 working days from the date of order placement. Please note that this may vary based on your location.

Q: “Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available, and where can I check the serviceable pin codes?”

COD is available for limited pin codes. To see if your location is serviceable, visit www.zatags.com/cod-service-area.

Q: “Tell me more about the quality of your stickers.”

Our stickers are made from 250 GSM material, ensuring they are highly durable, waterproof, fade-proof, and scratch-resistant. They can be peeled and reused up to 5-6 times on different surfaces.

Q: “How should I apply the stickers?”

For optimal adhesion, make sure the surface is smooth, clean of dust, water, and oil. Clean the surface with a wet cloth, wipe it thoroughly, let it dry, and then apply the sticker.

Q: “Are there surfaces where I shouldn't apply the stickers?”

It’s advisable to avoid sticking stickers on surfaces prone to excessive heat, extreme cold, or constant moisture. Additionally, surfaces with a highly textured finish may not provide optimal adhesion.

Q. "What is your return and refund policy?"

We maintain high-quality control standards, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at contact@zatags.in with your order ID, an explanation of the issue, and pictures of the damaged/wrong sticker. Refunds or wallet credits will be processed within 20 days. Please note that color variations from the website images are not covered by the return and refund policy.
