From Football Fields to the Summit of Everest - A Journey of Adventure, Endurance & Purpose

Chasing Adventure Beyond Boundaries

For some people, adventure begins with a destination. For others, it begins with a mindset.

His outdoor journey started at the age of 16, shortly after finishing school. Growing up in Nepal, he spent much of his early years immersed in sports, particularly football. Competing in leagues across the country taught him discipline, teamwork, and the importance of pushing beyond limits.

But football was only the beginning.

As his passion for sports grew, so did his desire to explore the outdoors and challenge himself in new ways. Family trips, adventures with friends, and a curiosity for the unknown slowly shaped a path that would eventually lead him to the highest point on Earth.

Building a Foundation Through Sport

Determined to develop his athletic abilities, he pursued his undergraduate studies at Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom, where he studied Sports Performance.

The experience exposed him to high-level competition, advanced training methods, and extreme sporting events. It wasn't just about becoming a better athlete-it was about understanding the science of performance and discovering how far the human body and mind can go.

Those lessons would later prove invaluable in the mountains.

The Ultimate Challenge: Mount Everest

Every adventurer dreams of a defining challenge.

For him, that challenge was Mount Everest.

While reaching the summit is often celebrated as the ultimate achievement, the reality of climbing Everest is far more demanding than most people realize.

One of the toughest moments of the expedition came during the summit push.

After reaching the top of the world, the journey was far from over. The team had to descend all the way back to Camp 3 without proper food or water, enduring nearly 27 hours of continuous climbing and descending.

The physical exhaustion was immense.

The mental challenge was even greater.

Every step required focus, determination, and trust in the team around him.

Yet despite the hardship, the summit became one of the proudest moments of his life.

Making History on the World's Highest Peak

For many climbers, standing on the summit of Everest is the achievement of a lifetime.

For him, it became the beginning of something even bigger.

At the summit of Mount Everest, he launched KAPI, making it the first fitness and outdoor clothing brand in the world to be launched from the summit of Mount Everest.

This wasn't simply a business milestone.

It was a statement about passion, perseverance, and purpose.

The launch combined his love for adventure, fitness, and the outdoors while creating a platform for future social initiatives and community-focused missions.

A dream that began years earlier had reached the highest point on Earth.

Literally.

More Than Adventure

For him, adventure is not just about climbing mountains or breaking records.

It is about respecting nature, protecting the environment, and helping the team achieve a common goal.

Every expedition teaches valuable lessons about leadership, resilience, and the importance of working together in challenging situations.

The mountains remind us that success is rarely achieved alone.

It is built through preparation, trust, and shared effort.

A Journey That Continues

From football fields in Nepal to lecture halls in the UK and ultimately the summit of Mount Everest, his story is a testament to what happens when passion meets persistence.

His proudest memory remains the Everest summit photograph and the launch of KAPI from the highest point on Earth.

But the journey is far from over.

With bigger goals, greater adventures, and a mission-driven brand now moving forward, he continues to inspire others to dream bigger, push harder, and respect the world around them.

Quote

"Adventure isn't just about reaching the summit. It's about protecting nature, supporting your team, and finding purpose in every step."
